  • 2006 Zinotage.  An exotic blend of Pinot Noir & Zinfandel.  Our star wine maker Chris Berg honors our past by bringing back this ancient tradition from the '70's. Rich and complex. This wine has the essence of grilled mushrooms glazed with raspberry and just a dash of spice,  Constructed from passion for romance... 25% Zinfandel and 75% Pinot Noir. 

  •  2007 Laurel Blanc.  A classic blend of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc.  Once again Chris honors our past, and the Bordeaux tradition.  Bordeaux makes a beautiful white wine, a blend of Sauv. and Semillon. Sauvignon behaves as the herbaceous punk rock child and Semillon is the deep introspective elder that keeps it in line. Your fish, chicken or grilled veggie dinner won't be perfect without this wine. Elegance with attitude.
